La Primitiva game mechanics
According to the official rules detailed in the Spain lottery results guide, players select six numbers from a pool of 1 to 49. During the draw, a supplementary number (Complementario) is selected from the remaining balls to determine the second-prize tier. A refund number (Reintegro) from 0 to 9 is also randomly assigned to every ticket, which determines eligibility for the refund tier and the special jackpot category.
